Your Charlottesville, Virginia Real Estate Broker
John Ince has been a Realtor in Charlottesville, VA since 1983 after a ten-year career training and showing Arabian horses throughout the United States, John came to Charlottesville as Manager/Trainer for Akid Arabian Stud, a premier Egyptian Arabian horse farm in western Albemarle County in 1982. It wasn’t long before he knew this would be his home for life. A wise decision was made as he moved his equine interests to hobby status and embarked on a life-long career in farm and estate brokerage in and around Charlottesville. After 15 years with Charlottesville’s oldest and largest real estate company, John established Charlottesville Country Properties Ltd. in 1998 to provide clients with a high level of service and expertise only found in a small personalized company.
For the past four decades Charlottesville Country Properties has served buyers and sellers with well founded expertise and a proud commitment to the ethical practice of real estate brokerage. John Ince has been active in the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors serving six years on the Board of Directors and as President in 2014. John is also active on the state level as a member of the VAR Professional Standards Committee and as an ombudsman to the public. As an adjunct professor he has been an instructor for Principals of Real Estate at the local community college.
John and his wife Gabriela live on a small horse farm in Somerset, Virginia with happy horses, dogs, cats and chickens and thoroughly enjoy this special place on earth. We love introducing people to this wonderful area and look forward to any opportunity to help others discover this “Eden of America”.
